NAS (UK) Technical Support



Well call us old-fashioned, but we still believe that the best technical support is one-to-one, with a qualified engineer, in real time.

Naturally it's not always possible to achieve that. After all even our engineers have to sleep from time to time, so we do make some support information available here, but you need to be a registered customer to use it.

to talk to an engineer and discuss your issue. This is the same number for service callouts. We do also offer 24 hour support to our Gold contract customers, and that telephone number is provided on the contract.

If it is out of hours, or you would just rather document your issue in an email, then this can be sent to us at support@nas.uk.com

We'll respond by the most appropriate manner (unless you specify how we need to respond; if it's just a manual we'd just email it) within 4 hours during normal office hours.
