Under the extended warranty program, customers worldwide who purchased the popular SANnet II products from Dot Hill, or from authorized OEMs and resellers, may contract with Dot Hill for warranty coverage into the future.

For a single annual fee, which can be renewed each year for up to five years, the Dot Hill SANnet II extended warranty program offers comprehensive hardware and software support. The program assists customers in controlling costs and keeping SANnet storage systems in top working order - through phone support, and updates to firmware and software, as well as advanced deployment of replacement hardware and field replaceable units. Battery replacement is also included upon automatic notification that battery service life is ending.
