Includes Cloud Storage, Enhanced Policy and Compliance Support C2C, a leading provider of email, file and messaging management solutions, today announced enhancements to ArchiveOne Enterprise, the industry’s first unified platform for capacity, compliance, eDiscovery and retention management of email, file, and messaging data. Users archiving data for the first time will find new automated policy and repository creation options to set up annual or recurring archive actions. C2C has also enhanced its PST processing systems to provide more control over managing PST folders, added new features including archive browsing, Bates stamping to easily identify email messages during legal discovery, and several other upgrades. ArchiveOne Enterprise consists of strategic, ‘cradle-to-grave’ tools from C2C that optimise performance, address regulatory and litigation needs, and automate archive and retrieval policies for the most common enterprise applications including Microsoft® Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, Windows-based files, Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino. ArchiveOne includes built-in capabilities for these systems, which otherwise require separate and distinct archive management approaches tuned to each type of content.
