ZXTM (Zeus Extensible Traffic Manager) manages your application traffic, inspecting, transforming and routing requests as it load-balances them across the application infrastructure. The powerful TrafficScript™ engine lets you implement whatever traffic management policies are most appropriate for your enterprise, drawing on the whole range of capabilities of ZXTM. Where necessary, Java™ Extensions can be used to implement additional, complex traffic transformations and other policies. ZXTM (Zeus Extensible Traffic Manager) is a very sophisticated load balancer for networked services like web servers, email and applications running on J2EE, .Net, PHP or Ruby.

ZXTM 5.0, released in April 2008, is the only software application delivery controller available on the market and is sufficiently flexible to meet the requirements of any organization’s deployment environment, whether dedicated appliances, standard servers, blades, or virtualized environments. ZXTM 5.0 has been optimized to offer a highly accessible browser based interface. It provides users with the freedom to move, evolve and innovate - particularly through its Java™ Extensions which enable application architects, administrators and developers to control their application delivery using policies that build on the robust, rich and powerful body of reusable Java application code.

ZXTM –based products are available from NAS (UK) Ltd as Software (for Linux, Solaris and FreeBSD servers), as Hardware Appliances and as Virtual Appliances (for VMware Virtual Infrastructure 3 and Windows Virtual Server 2005 R2).
